The Chief Academy 2026

This intensive weekend workshop was designed by dermatology program directors, department chairs, and former chief residents to be a comprehensive course in the elements of being an excellent Chief Resident.  It includes instruction and discussion on leadership, administration, conflict resolution and management and many more skills that will benefit them during their Chief year and beyond. 

We have added a track for dermatology Program Directors, Chairs, and those aspiring for a leadership position in academics. Dermatology administrators are also welcome to attend the PD/Chair sessions.
